Every year, just before Valentine's Day, local businesses and individuals donate items for our Sweetheart Auction.
The 6th Annual Lakes Region United Way Sweetheart Auction will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Patrick's Pub & Eatery in Gilford. Preview of items will begin at 5 pm, with the live auction starting at 6 pm. The bidding will be fast and furious with volunteer auctioneer extraordinaire P.K. Zyla leading the auction action.
Over the past five years, this auction has raised over $83,000. This year's proceeds will again benefit and help to expand UpStream programs.
You'll have the opportunity to bid on items for your Valentine, yourself or other family members, and enjoy some great food at Patrick's. Let's all come together to make this year's auction the best ever!
